 Battlebots Miniatures Game.
This has been a long time in the making and I am happy to report that the Battlebots Miniatures Game rules created by yours truly Trigger, are finally done and available for download. Inside this five page rules set, you will find all the easy to read and follow rules for creating and playing with your very own Battlebot along with a Battlebots Record Sheet you can print off and use. There is also an Interactive Battlebots Record Sheet that allows you to type in all your weapon and Battlebot stats and print.
Both PDF’s are now available for download in the General Fan Submit Downloads section of the website. A Mobility Key is in development that will quickly allow Battlebots to use their Mobility Points and measure movement and turning in the arena. A full demo of the game will hopefully be started in the near future so stay tuned. |

All judges who submit their events before the deadline are eligible for either $5 off their convention registration or a t-shirt! If you haven't run events before, we recommend reading through the full Judge's Packet, which includes news, guidelines, a graphical version of the time slot system, and more information about running events at Con of the North 2011.  Malkntnt is moving to Chicago!
So for all of you that did not know it, one of our very own is leaving The Agency in the coming weeks. Jason, a.k.a. Malkntnt, will be setting course for Chicago, IL very soon. We will all miss him as he became a leader in running and playing many different games and always brought the most important aspect to the game table…FUN. We hope he will not forget us here at TheAgencyStar and he may even stop in here and there at some of the conventions and bigger venues around town. I’m sure his presence will still be felt here on TheAgencyStar’s Forums so he’s only half leaving in a round about way. I personally will miss him as he has become one of my best friends over the past couple years. Here’s to you Jason. No one can ever play Mel “Mud Duck” Daniels the way that you can. We are going to have a farewell get-together on Saturday August 21st for Jason before he heads out the following week.  Saturday Night at the Track: Demo Derby!
Start your engines and crash your way into victory! TheAgencyStar will be holding the first of many demo derby tournaments in the coming season with the Fall Quarter Tournament of Destruction starting things off on September 25th. Each player can register for 1 or 2 matches at a cost of $2 per match. Depending on the number of participants, a set number of players will battle it out in each match with the top drivers advancing to the final match where it’s every man for himself until we have a single winner. Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners of the final match. So come out and test your driving skills in the stadium as you smash and crash you’re way to victory while fans cheer you on from the grandstand!
